Setup Multi-Factor Authentication(MFA)

1) After enabling multi-factor authentication on your account by IT innovation team, with new sign in you will need to setup (MFA)

2) You will find the message below, Please download Microsoft Authentication Application on your phone

3) After downloading the application, complete the setup process by allowing notifications, add account then choose (Work or School)

4) After choosing (Work or School) , choose (Scan the QR code) from the two ways provided to connect your phone with your account

5) After connecting your phone with your account, put your phone number to receive a phone call or Text with code

6) Congratulations, Now you finished and your account is connected with your phone. So any time you will sign in new browser or device you must approve signing in from your phone first.
