Global Time off (Holidays and working Hours)

A. Go To Attendance

B. Then

  1. Configuration

  2. Working Times

C. The 4 Calendars already created, just click on the one you want to update.

  1. Working Hours are the daily times

  2. Global Time off is the school Holiday calendar

  3. Click on add line to add a date and time

a. Name of the Day

b. Day of the week

c. Day Period

d. Work from

e. work to

f. Starting Date (if applicable)

g. End Date (if applicable)


E.

  1. Global Time off

  2. Add a line to add a new time off

  3. The name of the Holiday

  4. Start date and time (Choose 00:00:00 for the beginning of the day and 23:59:55). In case of Special days, you can change the time.

F. Any changes must be done on each calendar category as they don't sync.

G. Under Each employee, be sure you choose the right Global Time off Calendar.

  1. Choose the employee

  2. Schedule

  3. Choose the right one then save

If you want to create Time off in more than one Calendar:

a. Highlight the calendars

b. Action--> Assign Global Time Off

a. You will see the Calendars you chose and you can add more if you want

b. Add line

c. The name of the Time off

d. Start date of the Time off

e. End date of the Time off
