1. On the home page click PSCB CUSTOM REPORTS

2. Click HEALTH OFFICE

3. Health office visit log 

The health office visit logs' report is to get a report of how many and which students came to the clinic in specific date(s), treatments provided, Visit reason, Visit outcome and who created the log

NOTE : Every time you add filter or remove you need to re submit-it again

4. Health office visit counts 

The health office visit count is to count visit types and the visit outcomes between the range of dates you specified by school.
