Go to: Search “System Reports” in the top search box in the top bar OR navigate to Data and Reporting → Reports → System Reports → Class Roster (PDF).
2. Print Rosters For → Teachers
Select the desired teachers: (Hold Ctrl on Windows or Cmd on Mac to select multiple, or Ctrl+A / Cmd+A to select all). This field cannot be left blank.
Meeting(s): Leave unchecked to include all periods, or select specific period(s) as needed.
3. Heading text (Fields) --> Paste the following, If you need to add more fields, click on fields and choose the field. Be sure to have it the same format

The status of the report will be running, click on Refresh till it shows "completed" then click on view
