Health office visit Count

1. Go to: Search “PSCB Custom Reports” in the top search box in the top bar OR navigate to Data and Reporting → Reports →PSCB Custom Reports.

2. Click Health Office --> Health Office Visit Log

This report summarizes the types of visits and visit outcomes within the specified date range, organized by school.

Note: If any changes are made to the filter criteria, you must resubmit the request to refresh the results.
