In the search box, type the student’s last name or ID number, then select the student from the list.
2. From the left navigation menu, go to Student Profile → Contact Management. (Please note: this page may take some time to load.) Then click Add
3. If the parent already exists, you can search by email or by the parent’s first and last name. If this is a new contact, click New Contact to add their information.
Fill out
a) First Name
b) Last name
c) Gender
d) Add students if the parent has more than one
e) Phone Number
f) Email
g) Enter the address using the correct format and ensure each part is placed in the appropriate field
h) Submit
Return to the student's contact page and Edit the new entry.
Enter the relationship and be sure to check "receives email" Then Submit
